NEET PG Court Case News: Ishika Jain Case Delay, No Decision

Posted on May 21, 2025

MD Education Desk | Updated On 21st May, 2025 @ 11:05 IST

NEET 2025 News Today: A important update regarding a case filed in the Supreme Court related to NEET PG 2024 (By Ishika Jain). The petition had requested the release of the official answer key and question paper to ensure transparency in the examination process and help students verify the correct answers.

NEET PG Case In Supreme Court

The hearing for this case was scheduled recently, but the Supreme Court has postponed it once again. The next hearing date has now been set for 15th July 2025. This repeated delay suggests that the Court is in no hurry to make a decision on this matter. The petition was filed nearly a year ago, and now with the next hearing pushed months ahead, it’s becoming clear that a verdict is unlikely anytime soon.

What Does This Mean?

This development strongly indicates that no official decision regarding NEET PG 2024 is expected in the near future. Students have been consistently demanding transparency and access to the official answer key, but the repeated delays by the Supreme Court are causing frustration among aspirants.

NEET PG 2025 Court Case Against 2 Shift Exam

In addition, another petition filed by the UDFA demanding NEET PG 2025 be conducted in a single shift was also supposed to be heard yesterday. That case too has been postponed—though only by two days for now. It remains to be seen whether the court will make a decision on that matter or follow the same pattern of delay, making a mockery of student concerns.

The Supreme Court’s continued postponement of NEET PG-related cases is disappointing for thousands of students who are seeking clarity and fairness. Issues of transparency and accountability are being delayed without resolution. Now, all eyes are on the upcoming hearings.

Stay tuned for further updates—we’ll continue bringing you the latest updates as they happen.
